General

Our prices vary depending on activity, time and date you wish to visit. The easiest way to see our prices, is to use the booking bar on the top of the page, select activity, date and time. Prices are the same for adults and kids across all activities expect for the Adventure Centre
Note - You can save up to 20% by booking at Off-Peak times (Mon-Thurs, excluding school and public holidays)

We always recommend booking online, not only does this give you our great online discount but it secures your slot. Online prices can save 20% in comparison to walk in prices.
We are not able take bookings over the phone unless you are a large group or corporate. 

Inflatable Park 
All of our facilities prove popular with a great number of our visitors but none more than our Inflatable Park. We believe we have created a truly unique and world class indoor Inflatable Action Park yet it is a place we always strive to improve. We have a fantastic space which provides a great place to play and a great place to watch those at play. 

However, whilst our Inflatable Park is designed to be accessible to most people it does offer a degree of physical and mental challenge, and requires a degree of physical fitness and co-ordination. All participants need to be able to be fully weight bearing, be capable of bouncing and moving unaided and be able to stand up on all surfaces, all without physical assistance. 

For some people with additional support requirements, this may mean that additional measures will be required for safe participation. For others the risks of injury may still be too great despite taking such additional measures, preventing their use of the course. 

It is also important that all customers are able to understand and can apply the safety briefing that they receive before they use the activities. If the safety instructions and advice are not fully understood and followed a customer is at risk of serious injury or death. 

Due to our park safety rules you will only be able to partake in the activities if; 

  • You are in good physical condition 
  • You do not have any pre-existing medical conditions including breathing, heart, back, neck, bone or muscle conditions and do not wear prosthetic limbs 
  • You are not pregnant 
  • You do not lie or sit on the Inflatable Area (this will mean you need to be able to stand and support your own body weight) 
  • You must complete a personal risk acknowledgement form/waiver.
 
Our team are not medically qualified and may not be able to fully assess the capacity of individual participants with additional support requirements to undertake an activity. It remains your responsibility to undertake an assessment prior to undertaking the activity. This must be done with a member of our management team so that we are able to support any requirements you may need, if they can be accommodated. We will deal with each customer on an individual basis and use all information that is provided by the customer with regards to their own capability and personal health requirements.
 
In each case we will try to accommodate all additional support requirements, however, we do need to ensure the safety of the park, and must consider all other customers within the park at the time of request. With this in mind, if this conflicts with individual needs, we must give the park safety a priority.
 
There are a range of common questions which have been asked by carers of visitors to the park with additional support requirements and as has always been the case we want everyone to get the very most from their experiences here at We are Vertigo.
 
We have a high-level viewing gallery which allows anyone who wants to watch the people they have brought along to bounce. This gallery gives a great view over the entire Inflatable Area and from here you can monitor those in your company.
 
Should the event arise that you need to assist those individuals you have brought we have adjusted some of our rules in order to help answer those questions specifically for Carers as follows: 

  • Firstly, it is very important that you have identified yourself and all issues relating to your guests upon your arrival with our Reception Staff. 
  • For those Carers not wishing to take part fully in the experience of the Inflatable Park facilities you will have full access to the aforementioned viewing gallery where you can fully monitor all goings on. 
  • Should the occasion arise where you need to access the Inflatable Area, you MUST bring the incident to the attention of one of our Marshalls or other Inflatable Park Staff who oversee all park activity. The Marshall will then escort you to the site of the incident allowing you to attend to the issues at hand. 
  • The Marshall MUST remain in your company at ALL times while attending your incident. 
  • Shoes MUST be removed and loan socks will be provided while you attend those individuals requiring your attention. 
  • Once attended to and the individual is 100% you must return the loan socks and return to a location off the Inflatable Area (i.e. returning to the gallery area to observe). Alternatively you and your child/ward can come off the Inflatable Area to rest and attend to the issue of the moment and once able the individual can return to enjoying their session time. Again we would request that you bring this to the attention of our staff. 
  • Due to the nature of the layout and design of an Inflatable Park, there are no fixed courtside viewing areas and therefore you cannot enter the Inflatable Area itself without participating in the activity. Therefore, in the matter of consistency, should you feel it is necessary to accompany another participant, you will be charged the entry rate for a participant. However ,our weekly Autism Friendly Sessions includes entry for one carer per each admission (carer must be over 16 years old and complete a waiver) to allow support for any participants with additional needs. 
  • It is very important that you identify any potential issues prior to your visit during your contact with us. This will also help us make any arrangements that might be required. 

Adventure Centre
Using our Adventure facilities Our Adventure Centre is more than just a Soft Play centre. While you are here you
have access to our Soft Play areas, our High & Low Ropes courses and our Climbing Wall. As with our Inflatable Park we want everyone to get the most from their experiences here at We are Vertigo. 

Our Adventure Centre is an open environment which allows viewing of the attractions and the enjoyment from our floor seating areas. 

Should the event arise that you need to assist those individuals you have brought we have adjusted some of our rules in order to help answer those questions specifically for Carers as follows: 

  • Firstly, it is very important that you have identified yourself and all issues relating to your guests upon your arrival with our Reception Staff. 
  • Our Soft Play Area is designed for the use of children up to the age of 12. (We do have an area for Under 3’s within Soft Play.) 
  • High Ropes are a series of elevated obstacles designed to challenge. Adults are welcome to participate (Participating Adults fees apply). 
  • The Climbing Wall can also be used by Adults (Participating Adults fees apply). 
  • It is very important that you identify any potential issues prior to your visit during your contact with us. This will also help us make any arrangements that might be required. 

We do have strict guidelines to which we have to work to ensure a safe environment for all our customers. These can be found in our Terms & Conditions and in sections 19, 20 & 21 of the Onsite & Our Services section you will find more information in relation to this topic. We would advise that everyone reads our terms and conditions carefully before booking. 

In an effort to protect all our visitors we must insist that these rules are adhered to by all our patrons. 

We have lots of FREE parking for customers on site. Whilst we will try and alert customers to any local delays, it is always worth double checking to ensure you are on time for check in and as we have no late departures.

Vouchers

All vouchers are valid for a year. Most vouchers will display the expiry date near the bottom.
If your voucher is about to expire but you can't use it within the time frame, just book for a date in the future and then bring it forward if you can visit before that date. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are adding additional validity to vouchers. Contact the team for more details 

Please ensure your voucher code is written exactly as stated on your voucher. If you have tried to redeem your voucher within the last 20 minutes and did not complete the booking process with will automatically ‘lock’ for up to 20 minutes as a security measure. Please allow this time before re-entering your code.

To redeem your monetary vouchers:

  1. Visit www.wearevertigo.com and simply choose the activity that you would like to book. Select a quantity and date and time, and add any extras that you need. Click ‘Continue’ which will take you to your basket.
  2. Once you have added all the activities to your basket, proceed to checkout.
  3. You will see an option to 'REDEEM VOUCHER', simply enter you code and the voucher balance will be deducted from the total
  4. If there is an outstanding balance, you will be asked to pay this via credit/debit card or through PayPal. Please follow the steps to complete this.
  5. Tick the box to agree to the T&Cs and click ‘Confirm my Payment’ and that is it completed! You will then receive a confirmation email to your inbox (don’t forget to check your junk mail/spam!)
  6. If you have a value remaining on your voucher, keep the code handy and follow the steps above when you are ready to make another booking. All vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Here’s our simple guide to help select the perfect flight for you…

First-time experience seeker

  • We measure flights by distance, an average tandem freefall from an aeroplane is around 12,000 feet as a guide.
  • Our most popular flight is our Silver Package but flights start at Bronze level and go up to Diamond.
  • There may also be the opportunity to add on extra flight time on the day provided we have availability.

Birthday parties or groups of 5
Our High 5 package is the perfect option for the ultimate in a birthday party, groups of daredevil friends or adventurous families:

  • Bronze Skydive Package for each flyer
  • Look out for High 5 sessions on our live availability checker when booking

Flown before, loved the thrill and want to improve.
The Pro-flyer package is ideal if flying is your hobby or, you like the idea of being an instructor or you want to improve your skills and perfect your technique.

  • Dedicated 30 minute session for 1 to 2 people
  • Minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 Pro Flyers per session
  • Focused instruction adapted to your skill set and requirements
  • Our highly skilled instructors are with you at all times for advice and tips to maximise your experience and improve your technique
  • Videos will be available for study after your flight
  • You can wear your own suit and helmet (once approved by our instructors)
  • Pro flyer sessions can be found on our live availability checker when booking

Larger groups of 10 flyers or more.
We have a couple of packages that are great for company days out, staff reward days, stags and hens and youth and school groups. Your group of 10 will get exclusive use of the tunnel.
  • High flyer silver - 24000ft freefall each x 10 flyers
  • High flyer Gold - 36000ft freefall each x 6 flyers

With winds of up to 200kmph in the tunnel customers who are flying may not bring cameras or go-pros into the tunnel. We have built-in digital cameras in our tunnel to capture fabulous footage. Spectators may bring cameras onto the observation platform.

Flying should not impair your ability to breathe. There is a significant amount of wind blowing in your face which some people find uncomfortable. Often fliers hold their breath but you simply need to remember to relax and breathe! Full face helmets are available to rent from reception and are a popular way to eliminate the impact.

Our tunnel operates one flyer plus an instructor at a time. This means you get to fly 1 on 1 with our awesome instructors who can make sure you get the most out of your flight. Book your family or group into the same time slot and you will share the whole experience by flying one after another. Our advanced fliers will be able to fly solo and with partner upon completion of the Vertigo Flight School program.

Our observation platform is a great place to watch a friend or loved one soar to new heights. There is limited space available on the platform so please be aware that we may allocate a number of spectators per skydiver.

Due to the extra attention and specific customer needs, we ask that you contact us before you choose a flight package. Vertigo Indoor Skydiving is located in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast, opposite the Titanic Hotel and next to the old Cast & Crew Restaurant, Queens Road, Belfast, BT3 9DT.

We try our best to accommodate everyone, however, skydiving is an activity which has physical demands. Anyone in a state of reasonable health and fitness from 4 to 104 can fly with us. If you are in any doubt we would always recommend you seek advice from your doctor before you book.
You will not be able to participate if you…
- Have any severe injuries or fractures
- Have any restrictions of your back or movement related issues
- Have an underlying heart condition
- Are pregnant
- Have epilepsy
- Have previously dislocated or injured your shoulder
- Have a hard plaster cast
- Are under the influence of alcohol or un-prescribed drugs
- If you have any specific queries please contact our team directly.

Special flight suit, helmet and goggles are included in your flight package. You should wear comfortable clothing that your flight suit can easily fit over, so nothing too bulky. Close-toed secure shoes, trainers are ideal. We have changing rooms and lockers available for all flyers to use. These are £1 coin operated and can fit handbags, wallets, phones etc.

We replicate the skydiving experience and offer flights which are at least twice as long as a freefall. So our flight packages increase in duration from our Bronze package to our Diamond Flight Package. The wind speed will be in excess of 200kmph and your body feels the effect!
We deliver the exhilarating indoor skydiving experience which from start to finish will last around an hour including training, safety briefing, warm up, flight gear, flight, demonstration and de-brief with the instructor. We put a lot in, so you can get the most out of your flight time. Additional flight time can be added to your package subject to availability.

Ninja Master Course

We do indeed! All parties will include an hour long session on the Ninja Master course along with; your very own Party Host and private party room where you can enjoy pizza, ice cream and unlimited jugs of juice for everyone included! If that doesn't sound good enough, the birthday boy or girl also will receive a We Are Vertigo Party Bag with a voucher for a return visit to our Ninja Master Course. If booking a party with over 10 Ninja Masters, we will upgrade the return voucher to a Skydive visit instead!!

Yes you can!! We advise to book in with our Skydive Ninja Master course bundle for the best pricing. Always allowing at LEAST an hour and half between the two activity starting times.

We strongly recommend all customers book their Ninja Master Sessions before they arrive. Our Sessions can book up quickly and booking secures your slot. Booking online will also guarantee you the best price. Click HERE to book your slot.

We have lots of FREE parking for customers on site. Please keep in mind that due to our location, there may be a lot of traffic during special events being held at the SSE Arena or Titanic Exhibition Centre or slipways. Whilst we will try and alert customers to any local delays, it is always worth double checking to ensure you are on time for check in.
We can also be reached by Belfast city public transportation via the G2 Glider that leaves from in front of City Hall  just outside Tim Hortons and stops just out side our door at the Belfast Met.
If you would rather enjoy a wee warm up stroll and see some of Belfast's Historic Titanic Quarter we are just a 15-20 minute walk from the City Centre, following the Lagan river side!!!

Our viewing gallery is an excellent place to sit down on comfy couches and relax while everyone else tries their hands at our Ninja Master course.

We do operate a no picnic policy in We Are Vertigo to help families with allergy concerns not having to worry while they are here. As such we do have a cafe on site where you can get hot and cold drinks and some buns while watching the participants or to refuel your ninja efforts!

We would recommend checking our our live availability checker as our packages vary depending on date and time. We would also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to hear about any offers or discounts!

YES of course! we offer exclusive hire of the whole course for hour long sessions. You can bring up to 45 people, prices start at just £300 for the whole session. If you don't have 45 people in your group, never worry - you can bring as many as you'd like however more people = better value!

All of our Ninja Master sessions run an hour long, during that hour session you can have as many goes as you can fit it!

We ask that you arrive approximately 20-30 minutes before your designated time slot to ensure you have time to check in and are here for the video safety briefing that starts at approximately 10 minutes to the hour.

Anyone in a state of reasonable health and fitness from 6 to 66 can try their skills as our next Ninja Masters.
The following health restrictions are in place for your safety as well as others, if you are unsure please feel free to contact us or come down for an on site visit to clarify any questions you may have. If you are in any doubt we would always recommend you seek advice from your doctor before you book.

Each Bounce session will last for one hour. We ask all costumers to arrive 30 minutes prior to their session to allow sufficient time for check in and compulsory safety briefing. If you wish to extend your experience and add a second hour, you can do so online while booking or at the reception desk upon arrival (second hour slots are subject to availability).

* Bouncers cannot slide down the slide head first
* No climbing or hanging from the walls
* No jumping on other bouncers
* Do not use any attraction if it is not fully inflated
* The maximum user weight per person is 220lbs (100kgs)
* Keep the entrance free from obstruction
* No rough play or summersaults
* No food or drink
* No sharp objects
* Bounce socks must always be worn at ALL times.
* All participants must complete a waiver form which can be completed online or when you arrive.
* No sitting down or lying on inflatables

Our red socks can no longer be used. We will have brand new Slippy Grippy Socks (grips  that can be purchased online or in our reception area upon arrival for a price of £2.00.

We try our best to accommodate everyone, however bouncing is a physical activity and does come with certain restrictions. If you are in any doubt, we would always recommend you seek advice from your doctor before you book.
You will not be able to participate if you:
* Are pregnant
* Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
* Suffer from any of the following: Epilepsy, Muscular complaints, Neck or spinal (back) problems or any other physical ailment that will inhibit any individual to participate safely. 

Bouncing is a physical activity, we always suggest contacting your own GP for medical and pre-existing conditions. As regards to any disability or special needs please contact us directly to discuss and arrange a site visit prior to booking your slot.

Participating with your child is not required, if your child is unlikely to bounce without you by their side - it would be best to book yourself on and bounce with them. Our Inflata-Park has a massive viewing gallery, however the park is so big that your child may not be able to hear or see you from certain areas within the park.
If you want to participate alongside your child just for the fun of it, go you! - Just book onto the same session and you can bounce away!
For anyone under the age of 16, a parent, supervisor or guardian must be present in the centre but do not have to participate. 

Our Open Bounce sessions have a minimum age of 4 years old. However we have toddler area for 1-5yrs old, this is open at the same time as our normal Open Bounce sessions.

* From the Malone Road / Boucher Road side of Belfast you can simply head towards the direction of Shaws Bridge.
* Please follow the signs for Carryduff, Saintfield, Downpatrick.
* As you cross Shaws Bridge and pass the Crowne Plaza Hotel travel approximately 2 miles.
* The Outer Ring Road turns left.
* Follow the road signage in the direction of Bangor and Newtownards.
* Along this stretch of Dual Carriageway, and on your right, there is a Tescos Supermarket. (There are a number of road signs to show you where to go).
* At the first set of Traffic lights along this stretch of Dual Carriageway turn right in towards Tesco.
* Follow the road to the left at the roundabout.
* Follow this road for about half a mile and turn right onto ‘Beechill Road’.
* On Beechill Road you will will drive up and over a small hill. Keep an eye out for the first right turn into ‘Cedarhurst Road’.

* From Ormeau Road, Bangor, East Belfast please follow these simple directions.
* At Forestside Shopping Complex head East in the direction of Shaws Bridge and the road sign posting for Lisburn.
* Along this stretch of Dual Carriageway, and on your right, there is a Tescos Supermarket. (There are a number of road signs to show you where to go).
* At the first set of Traffic lights along this stretch of Dual Carriageway turn left in towards Tesco.
* Follow the road to the left at the roundabout.
* Follow this road for about half a mile and turn right onto ‘Beechill Road’.
* On Beechill Road you will will drive up and over a small hill. Keep an eye out for the first right turn into ‘Cedarhurst Road’.
* We are Vertigo is located at the bottom of Cedarhurst Road. 

We strongly advise all customers to book their bounce before arrival. Our sessions book up quickly and therefore booking allows you to secure your slot. Booking online also allows you to SAVE up to 20% in comparison to our walk-in price.

Adventure Climbing

Each Adventure session lasts for 2 hours in total, plenty of time to tire everyone out enough for a good nights sleep! 

No, kids can participate without an adult, however, if they are under 1.2m will not be able to participate on the High Ropes without an adult chaperone. Adults who purchase a Participating Adult admission will be able to use the High Ropes Course and Climbing Wall. Our Soft Play area is for under 12's only so please bear this in mind before bookings.

We strongly advise booking online before you visit, not only will this secure your slot but it gives you access to our fantastic online discounts! We can take walk-ins if availability permits, however, we often go to full capacity and can not take walk-ins, our walk-in admission price does not include our online discount either.

We don't have a lower age limit for the centre as even the littlest of adventures can play in our toddler's soft play area. Anyone below the age of 1 can play for free with any general admission.
Our apparatus has the following height and age limits:
Climbing Wall - 1m +
High Ropes - 1.2m+ can participate alone. Anyone smaller will need a participating adult to accompany them.
Low Ropes - Under 1.2m
Soft Play - Strictly 12 yrs and below

At present, we are working with the 'Rule of 6' in line with current COVID-19 guidelines. This means that each table can host a maximum of 6 guests, from no more that 2 households. If you have more that 6 guests, simply book online and our clever booking system will reserve tables beside each other. 

For larger groups, parties and events, simply complete the contact form on our website or chat to our team via phone or email and we can tailor a package specific to your groups needs!

All our reservations are for 3 hours however if you would like to extend this, please just speak to your server on the day!

Don't worry! We have worked extra hard to ensure our venue is perfect for any weather occasion! On sunny days, you can dine outside in our larger garden areas however we also have large covered & heated marquees, private covered dining pods and large heaters to keep you cosy and dry when the weather is a little wetter!

We are located at 9 Queens Road, Titanic Quarter. Our entrance is located at the rear of the carpark facing the Titanic Hotel, just beside Spud Murphy's building.

We are an adults only venue so we are strictly 18+! Please note that you may be required to show proof of age via a valid for of ID.

For children, we would recommend a trip We Are Vertigo - just across the road! Let the kids burn off some energy with the amazing activities and you can enjoy lunch in the Vertigo Cafe!

Covid-19

The safety of our team and customers has always been paramount however we have added lots of additional measures into all of our businesses to allow for a safe reopening, once allowed to do so. 

We have introduced lots of changes to allow for social distancing and all round safe operating procedures. Here are some of the main changes you will see onsite:

  • Our hourly sessions will start every 30mins instead of on the hour to reduce the amount of people in breifing rooms, receptions and on activities. Sessions will still last for 1 hour as usual! 
  • Sterile Chambers that use UV light and Ozone technology will be used to disinfect any equipment that has previously been worn. (E.g Skydive flight suits, helmets etc) 
  • All venues will be treated overnight with new Ozone defusers that fill the room with a disinfectant fog, killing any bacteria present and continuing to do so for 24 hours. All surfaces will then continue to be disinfected throughout the day. 
  • We have reconfigured the flow of each activity so customers will now enter via one door and exit by another, again reducing the amount of guests in one area.
  • All seating plans have been reconfigured to allowed for social distancing with perspex sneeze guards in place where necessary.
  • All of our team will complete refresher training courses and Fit To Work Questionaires before returning to work.
  • We will be continue to operate 15minute clean downs were our team will disinfect all common touch points within their work zone.
  • Our intensive deep cleaning schedules will continue to be adhered to and reviewed on an ongoing basis once operations recommence.
  • Santisting stations will be located throughout all acitvities for customers to use.
  • Markers on the floor will aid social distancing both on and off activity areas. 
  • We are strongly advising all customers to book online prior to visiting in an effort to help control the total number of visitors onsite. 
  • We ask any customers who are feeling unwell or have been in direct contact with anyone who is unwell to refrain from visiting the venue.
